Zero Waste Youth USA is an all volunteer organization and is always looking new team members to help with planning year-round events as well as creating ways to empower and educate the youth. ​General planning team

The general planning team is active all year and focuses not only on the annual convergence but also other ways to engage the community and create partnerships with other organizations to widen our reach. All are welcome to attend our monthly team meetings. Please email Freddy Coronado (alcoronado91@gmail.com) if planning to attend.
Opportunities include:
  • Leading events
  • Managing social media
  • Website management
  • Attending conferences
  • Admin duties
  • Liaison with partner organizations
  • Designing marketing materials

Convergence Planning Team

The Convergence Planning Team focuses on planning related to the annual convergence that typically occurs in the Spring. Planning begins in the fall and continues a couple weeks after the convergence.
